Inner Navigation.
Nothing in you runs in a straight line. Inner Navigation is a free app for reading your own cycles and using them: train on the days your body says yes, create or meditate when you're wired, rest at the bottom without calling it laziness. You log mood, energy, sleep and drive in two minutes a day, and the app lines that up with the cycles around you: lunar phases, solar activity, geomagnetic fields, planetary aspects, weather. After a few weeks your own rhythm is readable, and a flat day looks like a phase rather than a personal failure.
Core app free forever · Your data stays yours · Sharing is always opt-in

You already feel the cycles. Now you can see them.
Some mornings you're sharp and ready. Others — same sleep, same coffee — you're just flat. You've noticed. Odds are you've blamed yourself.
What if the missing variable isn't inside you, but around you?
Solar flares, full moons, geomagnetic storms, pressure drops, planetary alignments. Measurable forces, moving through the same body you're trying to read. Whether they influence us was never the interesting part. This is: by how much, when, and in what pattern?
Inner Navigation was built to answer that. First for us. Now for anyone who wants in on the experiment.
Three simple habits. One emerging map.
- [01]
Log.
Two minutes a day. Rate your mood, energy and drive to act; log your sleep. Add what matters: a free-form journal note, training, food, meditation, work output — anything you want to correlate.
- [02]
Overlay.
The app pulls live external data for your location — lunar phase, solar activity, Kp index, planetary aspects, weather, air quality, pollen — and lines it up against your own logs.
- [03]
See.
Your personal patterns surface. Energy dips before new moons. Clarity spikes during high-pressure days. Sleep shifts with geomagnetic storms. You stop guessing — and you start planning the right action for each phase of your own cycle.
What changes when you can see the pattern.
Once you know your cycle, you use it differently.
A low day stops feeling like personal failure and starts looking like weather: something to plan around, not fight. You catch the dip for what it is — temporary, expected, part of a curve that comes back up.
See the shape of a week or a month, and you can meet each phase with a better response.
When you're at your peak, push. Train hard. Take the difficult meeting. Start the project that's been waiting. Your body is already saying yes.
When you're elevated but wired, channel it. Move. Meditate. Create. Let the excess energy become work or art, not anxiety.
When you're descending, soften the load. Learn instead of produce. Read, study, journal, reflect. This is the phase where absorption happens — don't waste it trying to force output.
When you're at the bottom, rest without guilt. Gentle walks. Nourishing food. Early sleep. No hard mental work. No decisions you'll regret. Trust the curve.
The app is built around that loop: see the phase, then meet it — a journal entry to capture the day, a two-minute guided session when the signal says regulate, an intention you set while clear that fires when you're not.
This isn't self-help theory. It's what it feels like to live with a map instead of without one.
See the pattern. Then act on it.
Tracking alone isn't the whole job. Inner Navigation includes a few tools for acting on what you see — all in the free core app.
Daily journal.
Free-form notes alongside your check-in, with read-aloud when you want to hear them back. Context the graphs can't capture: what happened, what you decided, what you want to remember. Stored on your device, like the rest of your data.
Guided sessions.
Three short practices — 5-5 coherence breathing, a somatic reset, a visualization. For the days your own data says: regulate first, act second.
Starter guide · 21 days.
An optional onboarding path — not the core of the app. Three weeks, three pillars (Regulate, Rewire, Act): one short step a day, tied to your journal and check-ins, while your first patterns surface from the data you log.
"If… then…" intentions.
Implementation intentions: decide once, while you're clear — "if X happens, then I do Y" — and let a reminder carry it when you're not. Log the outcome like any other data point.
A conversational coach that reads the same patterns you do and helps you think through them — grounded in your own logs, never in dogma. 5 discovery messages are free (lifetime, no renewal); Premium extends it to up to 15 messages a day. Your notes reach the AI only with a separate, explicit consent.
The inside and the outside, on the same timeline.

An experiment none of us could run alone.
Every one of us is a single data point. Alone, we can spot our own patterns. Together — if we choose to share — we can start seeing something much bigger.
If you opt in, Inner Navigation strips direct identifiers from your data on your device — no names, no email, no fine-grained locations — and contributes it to local and global averages. The data we store is pseudonymized (still linked to your account so you can delete it on request), and what we publish to the community is aggregated across at least 10 contributors per cell with statistical noise — no individual remains attributable in those collective outputs.
In exchange, contributors unlock two things you cannot get anywhere else.
Live community graphs, always. The moment you opt in, you see what the community is feeling in real time. How does your mood today compare with everyone else's? How did sleep shift globally during yesterday's geomagnetic storm? Your own data stops being n=1 and becomes part of a living picture.
Quarterly Collective Reports, published at each equinox and solstice once the community passes ~1,000 active contributors — a full synthesis of the patterns the community surfaced during the preceding quarter, including k-anonymous aggregate datasets (k ≥ 10 per cell, with statistical noise) for anyone who wants to run their own analysis.
This is citizen science in the oldest sense of the word — individuals, pooling observations, letting the data speak.
Your app is local by default. Personal cloud backup and community statistics are separate opt-ins, and community publications are k-anonymous aggregates. You can export your full dataset in one tap and request deletion from the app.
Four reports a year. Published at the turning points.
At each equinox and solstice, the Collective Report is released — a synthesis of the patterns the community revealed during the preceding quarter.
What correlated with what. Which cycles mattered most for sleep, for mood, for creative output. Which days, globally, were hardest — and which were charged with unusual clarity. What the AI analysis layer surfaced that no human would have thought to look for.
Spring Equinox. Summer Solstice. Autumn Equinox. Winter Solstice. Four moments a year to step back, see what the collective body reveals, and re-calibrate your own practice.
A narrative summary and headline findings are published publicly at each release. The full report — all graphs, complete statistical detail, and k-anonymous aggregate datasets (k ≥ 10 per cell, with statistical noise) for further analysis — is freely accessible to anyone who shared data during the quarter. Reports begin only once the community passes ~1,000 active contributors — the scale at which k-anonymous aggregates become statistically meaningful.
Built for people who already suspect.
- 01
You notice the full moon in your sleep before you check the calendar.
- 02
You've felt the weight of a geomagnetic storm in your chest and didn't have a name for it.
- 03
You've wondered for years whether your flat days correlate with pollen season, or with that pressure drop before a storm — and no app has ever shown you the data.
- 04
You're tired of treating your low days as personal failure, when part of you suspects they're seasonal, cyclical, environmental — something that would pass with or without the self-criticism you pile on top.
- 05
You trade markets, or study cycles, or practice ritual, or just pay attention — and you've stopped pretending the sky above and the body below are unrelated.
- 06
You want data, not dogma. You want to test your intuitions, not just affirm them.
If any of this lands, Inner Navigation was built for you.
The core app is free forever. The extras are optional.
Tracking, journal, guided sessions, the 21-day starter guide, intentions — free, forever, no ads. Cloud backup is free too, once a day, plus an AI discovery offer: 3 analyses and 5 coach messages, lifetime, no renewal. Premium buys more of the AI layer and a faster sync. That's the whole model.
Everything you need to log, overlay, see — and act. Not a trial, not a teaser: the full observation and practice layer, free for as long as the project exists.
- All core tracking & every external overlay
- All personal graphs & full data export
- Daily journal
- Three guided sessions
- Starter guide · 21 days (optional)
- "If… then…" intentions
- 3 AI discovery analyses — lifetime, no renewal
- AI coach taster — 5 messages, lifetime, no renewal
- No ads, ever
- Daily cloud backup
- Persistent AI memory (opt-in)
For the people who want the AI layer as a daily companion rather than an occasional question. Premium deepens what the free app already does:
- Extended AI coach — up to 15 messages a day
- 30 AI analysis units a week — 1 unit per analysis, reset every Monday, no carry-over
- In-depth journal analyses — progress, patterns, blocks, actions
- Near-live sync and restore across devices
- Longer analysis windows — 6 months, 1 year, 3 years
Indicative launch pricing — final store prices may vary
Prefer to pay only when you ask a question? Credit packs cover one-off AI analyses: in this version of the app, one analysis costs one unit. The cost and your balance are shown before each run. No subscription, and if you also have Premium, its weekly quota is spent first.
The research outputs — methodology, k-anonymous aggregate patterns (k ≥ 10), and analysis tooling — will be open-sourced as the community grows large enough to make them meaningful. User data is not used to train a general AI model without a separate explicit consent and legal notice.
The core app stays free whether you share or not. Community statistics are optional citizen science: they don't unlock Premium, don't replace paid AI extras, and aren't required for any free feature.
One premise, two directions.
The old principle fits in four words: as above, so below. The modern version uses longer terms — bioelectromagnetic coupling, circadian entrainment, geophysical influence on physiology — and has peer-reviewed literature behind it, still growing.
Inner Navigation treats both as the same observation, said two ways. We don't ask you to believe. We ask you to log, observe, and decide for yourself.
If you want the long version, it's in the book the app came out of, Body, Cycles & Consciousness. Chapter three is the one about cycles.
